Beth is on a mission to empower introverts to understand, own and leverage their natural strengths. She is certified by the International Coach Federation. a Living Your Vision® Licensed Facilitator, and is an active member of the Puget Sound Coaches Association. I love this way of introducing yourself to us, with this exercise. Very fun and unusual. Thanks Beth. Shared it with my 16 year old daughter who is right in the midst of "what shall I do with the rest of my life".
